Music by The Piano Brothers

Clara Louise was born on June 16th 1938 unto Harold Glenn DeWalt and Mildred Leona DeWalt (Graham) in Okarche Oklahoma.  She spent her childhood and early teen years growing up on the farm in Oklahoma.

In 1953 she moved with the family to Buena Vista, Colorado where she graduated from Buena Vista High School.  After high school Louise joined the Army.

While in the service she met and married William Turner. They were stationed in Hawaii and added a daughter (Cathy Lynn) to their family while they were there.  After returning to the mainland she lived in North and South Carolina for numerous years.

Louise moved back to Buena Vista and worked at Delaney’s Depot for several years before marrying Harry Foreman in 1982.  She then was employed by Deer Valley Ranch before settling into a position at City Market. She enjoyed working at City Market where she was able to serve and visit with many people on a daily basis.  Louise continued at City Market until her health forced her to retire.

In her retirement years she became a regular at Jan’s Restaurant (her favorite place) where she was befriended by the Girls. They had Thursday morning Bible study each week which led her to become involved with Clearview Church.

Louise passed from this earth to her heavenly resting place on March 25th 2017.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother (Harold Lee) and husband (Harry Foreman).  She is survived by a brother Ken DeWalt (Gail), daughter Cathy Lynn and grandson Cody Morehead.   She also has many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be held at a later date at Clearview Community Church in Buena Vista.

Louise and I worked together at Deer Valley. I enjoyed getting to know Louise over the years and we kept in touch about each others families.
God rest her soul.
